About the role
You will serve as a program analyst for the Programming and resourcing branch of the USFF N1T/RRL directorate. You will develop, review, priorities, and integrate Fleet individual training requirements for submission to OPNAV’s POM (cycle) process. You will facilitate Fleet participation in the POM Student Input Plan (SIP) development. You will serve as a financial analyst for the Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) account. You will be responsible for developing phasing plans for the budge year, tracking the obligation and execution of funds in execution, generating funding documents to commit funds for contracting actions. You will provide future year budget projections to support contract requirements. You will conduct quality reviews and advise on individual training programs that impact Fleet readiness and mission performance. You will plan, develop, and execute long term strategic programs for individual training.
