SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT/PLACEMENT)

You will be responsible for the recruitment and compensation program management. You will provide advice to all levels of management officials within serviced commands on complex staffing issues. You will provide administrative and technical supervision to the assigned staff and resolve problems/issues that involve conflicting or incomplete information. You will set and adjust short-term priorities and prepare work completion schedules. You will develop and evaluate subordinate employees’ performance standards and give advice and instruction on work and administrative matters. You will assist in developing sort and long range staffing plans to meet forecasted mission requirements and advise management on a wide range of staffing issues.
