DEPUTY DIRECTOR - STRATEGY & PLANS

Promote awareness of cyberspace operation policy and strategy as appropriate among senior leaders and ensure sound principles are reflected in the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Establish internal systems, programs, and controls as necessary to monitor task accomplishment in order to promote an efficient, effective, and progressive organization. Coordinate the efforts of Directorate for Future Plans in policy development; preparation of plans and guidance; and evaluation of program performance in support of strategic objectives and achievement of desired regional effects. Oversee the preparation and execution of senior level reports/briefings on strategy, strategic issues, and strategic guidance documents submitted to the directorate for comment or review. Act as directorate senior civilian and Activity Career Plan Manager. Supervise mentorship and career development for civilians.
