Support Services Specialist

Plan, administer and provide advice to management regarding programs for government facilities, office space, telecommunications, office equipment and building management throughout the Agency. Evaluates conditions of leased and government space and adequacy of building management. Serve as building management coordinator on facility matters, repairs, and maintenance. Project manager for facilities construction projects, serving as the lead liaison with GSA/WHS. Oversees site requirements, schedules, and budgets to deliver mission-ready infrastructure while ensuring compliance with interagency protocols. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, sufficient to explain program requirements.
