About the role

Manages DCAA IT equipment and accountable property. Administers the Multi-Functional Device (MFD) inventory/lease program to ensure property accountability and support uninterrupted mission execution. Maintains and validates accountable property records in ELMS/APSR (or successors), ensuring transactions are supported and recorded throughout the lifecycle: receipt, issue, transfer, storage, excess, reutilization, and disposal. Coordinates acquisition and replenishment actions by validating requirements, ensuring documentation completeness, and aligning actions with established processes and constraints (e.g., security handling, disposition rules, operational priorities). Plans and schedules required physical inventories and supports annual 100% inventory completion (or other directed requirements), including inventory methodology, documentation, and reconciliation steps. Prepares assessment itineraries, entrance/exit brief materials, and issues inspection checklists and post-visit memo
