Medical Support Assistant (OA)

Serves as the initial point of contact for patients presenting for appointments. Schedules appointments for patients requiring a variety of examinations. Record keeping, answering telephones, appointment booking, and patient check-in. Obtains and confirms pertinent information and purpose of the visit, Receives and responds to phone calls and inquiries from patients concerning a variety of medical, personnel, and administrative matters, determines general nature of inquiry and independently responds to all administrative questions
