Interdisciplinary

Serve as a Project Manager for construction, and repair projects for all phases of a project, from predesign to construction phase. Considered the Engineering or Architectural SME. Apply knowledge of the principles, techniques, and practices of related engineering and architectural disciplines in accomplishing a wide range of diverse projects. Determine requirements, author Scope of Work (SOW) or Performance Work Statements (PWS), Independent Government Estimates (IGE), and other contract support documents. Administer contracts for a variety of procurement vehicles as well as service contracts. Coordinate construction operations with using activities, other contractors, and installation organizations to avoid any unnecessary interruption of work.
