Programs Director Family and Morale Welfare and Recreation, NF-05

Serves as the Programs Director, Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) for a medium/large garrison with full responsibility and managerial authority to plan and direct FMWR programs on a complex multi-mission Army installation. The FMWR programs encompass Nonappropriated Funds Resource Management Division, (NAF Financial Management, Marketing, Major Construction, Private Organizations, Commercial Sponsorship, Property Management, Internal Review and Management Controls, Supply, Warehouse and Maintenance, Public-Private Ventures, Information Technology and Contracting programs). Child and Youth Division, (Child Development Centers, Family Child Care, School Age Services, Youth Centers, Teen Centers, Youth Sports and Fitness, Youth Education Support -School Liaison-Outreach-Program Support Services).
