TRAINING RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Plans, Reviews, and manages total support requirements for new courses, course revisions, and future training projects, overseeing and coordinating planning, scoping, development, design, tracking construction timelines and direction of various projects for assigned units (e.g., personnel, equipment, facilities, budget, and other resource requirements) for a specialty area which includes several courses. Prepares, documents, and reviews the technical and economic data to support the acquisition of instructional systems, devices, facilities, and services. Participates in; system acquisition of all trainers, simulators, training aids, and collection of technical data to identify and develop alternatives to resources/requirements problems. As an appointed Contract Officer's Representative (COR), evaluates the planning, scheduling, controlling and executing actions performed by the contractor.
