We help people find the information they can’t get anywhere else: https://exa.ai/websets We’re an SF team of ~80 and growing fast from Harvard, MIT, Apple, Palantir, etc. We recently raised an $85M Series B from Benchmark, and we are rapidly building the most intelligent search engine in history. Now, we’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to help build our Exa family. About the Role As a GTM Recruiter at Exa, you’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team to scale our company. This isn’t a standard recruiting job—you’ll be recruiting in the age of AI, using in-house agentic systems built on top of our own search engine to supercharge the process. You’ll not only help build our early, world-class GTM team, but also design the recruiting systems that let us scale rapidly.
