RECREATION ASSISTANT NF2* (RPT) BOWLING CENTER

Performs and/or assists Bowling Center Manager in the operation of the recreation activity during assigned shift at nights, weekends, and for other regular work schedule absences. Responsibility includes snack bar, pro shop, lane assignments and equipment rentals. Based on established policies, incumbent carries out assigned phases of designated activity applying an understanding of the interest and needs of program participants. Typical assignments may include reviewing schedule of events taking place during assigned shift, providing instruction to Bowling Center staff on duty, and working with sales, food service, etc., to ensure support for events. Helps to plan and coordinates details of recreational activities and maintains related supplies. Assists in planning, scheduling and publicizing various activities to attract and motivates participants. Assists Manager with training of assigned personnel, ensure adequate staffing during shift, and completes reports of activities and sales
