The incumbent is based in the medical center and/or facility, with potential travel required to Rochester Outpatient Clinic (ROPC) in order to support real time, in person, response to referrals. In addition, the incumbent must be a skilled communicator capable of developing effective partnerships with local, state and federal agencies as well as non-governmental organizations.
