Supervisory Recreation Specialist (Liberty Manager)

Major Duties and Responsibilities: Serves as a director of the Recreation Center and Liberty Programs. Develop administers, plans procedures and implements to provide widely recognized programs designed to promote the physical and social well-being of the members of the military community. Establishes current and long-range program activities taking into consideration the needs and desire of the installation command group mission(s), community usage, budgeting allowance and existing and projected staff and facilities. Analyzes work requirements and determines staff resources, equipment and other requirements needed to accomplish the organization mission recommends or adjustments. Plans, directs and manages recreation programs within the framework of local command policy, guidelines and resources. Evaluates effectiveness of ongoing recreational activities using various survey methodologies. Adapts and varied programs based on patron needs and interests and implements change when necessa
