CAREER PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Serves as a program coordinator responsible for administration of the DFAS Career Acclimation Program (DCAP) and DFAS Pathways Internship programs. Participates in the recruitment, on-boarding, and daily administration of programs; provides authoritative guidance to various stakeholders (participants, supervisors, administrative/support staff, applicants) on program requirements and offerings. Creates, coordinates and delivers training and professional career development activities to program participants. Maintains awareness of participants' progress towards program completion and provides status reports to stakeholders. Represents the agency in college recruiting events; supports branding and marketing projects promoting DFAS as an employer of choice; is a key contributor in managing the overall experience for applicants, participants and educational institutions.
