Duties for the Administrative Officer, GS-341-12/13 include but not limited to: Formulates, justifies, revises, and executes regional office budget, including projections for equipment, supplies, travel, training, and facility expenses. Prepares and submits quarterly spending plans and monthly reconciliation reports. Provides financial expertise during management meetings, analyzing impact of planned operations Reviews and certifies travel funds for regional personnel. Represents the SAC at administrative committee meetings; provides guidance on fiscal, administrative, and policy matters. Briefs SAC and ASACs regularly on status of activities, issues, and recommended actions. Serves as liaison with administrative staff of Federal, State, and law enforcement partners to coordinate expenditures, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and operational needs.
