SHEET METAL MECHANIC (AIRCRAFT) TRAINING LEADER

Assist immediate supervisor in the identification, development and execution of task specific training for proficiency criteria required for Production Acceptance Certification (PAC). Monitors, schedules and enters employee training through Training Support System (TSS), and tracks employee task certification in PAC to inform supervisor of manpower capability. Incumbent performs duties of aircraft sheet metal mechanic. Utilizes safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment. Works with hazardous materials and/or generates waste.
