About the role
This position assists with all aspects of the marketing program; promotes products, services, programs and activities through publicity and marketing. Collects and disseminates information about squadron programs and activities. Disseminates a wide variety of marketing media including print materials, calendars, digital media and brochures. Communicates marketing submission e-mail to activity managers; tracks incoming submissions and verifies with marketing team coordination ofworkflow. Works closely other marketing staff to support briefings such as Newcomers, FTAC, and Town Halls. Completes record keeping, generates sponsorship and advertising contracts, enters team hours into payroll software, performs inventory and updates accounting system. ConductsCommercial Sponsorship and Commercial Advertising. Compiles list of viable annual events and programs to seek commercialsponsorship. Develops solicitation packet and solicits sponsorship from local, regional, national and international
