About the role

You will: Provide direction, guidance, and oversight to staff with respect to external civil rights enforcement activities and external rights compliance by programs or activities that receive financial assistance from EPA. Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the Office of the External Civil Rights Compliance. Develop and implement external transparency initiatives and websites to conduct a timely and effective pre-award form 4700-4 review process. Manage the informal resolution agreements (IRA) process, including the facilitated IRA Process. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
