EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST

You will investigate equal employment opportunity (EEO) complaints to uncover facts. You will advise managers and employees about equal employment opportunity (EEO) policies and processes. You will advise managers on courses of actions to eliminate barriers to equal employment opportunity (EEO). You will conduct interviews to obtain factual information relevant to claims of employment discrimination. You will prepare correspondence or documentation for forwarding complaints for investigations, hearings, reviews, and appeals.
