About the role
The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity. The duties may include, but are not limited to: Provides technical engineering support during planning, design, and construction; contributes to plans, specs, estimates, and electrical system analysis Participates in project planning, offering technical input on feasibility, scope, cost, schedules, instrumentation, and resource optimization. Helps resolve construction issues, coordinates with designers/contractors, and ensures work meets specs, safety standards, documentation, and compliance. Reviews shop drawings, cost proposals, pay requests; researches technical problems; recommends solutions; conducts site visits and progress meetings. Assist in the development of SOWs, reviews bids and proposals, supports FCA projects, stays current on engineering practices, and ensures EPA/state/local compliance
