Grants Management Specialist

The duties may include, but are not limited to: Serves as technical authority and in-house expert on all matters of policy affecting grants and agreement management, including the most complex and controversial technical issues. Manages Agency-wide information services and reporting responsibilities. Develops Agency agreement policy and guidance; develops and delivers Agency-specific agreements training; conducts implementing, analysis, and compliance activities for APHIS and partner agencies. Acts for the supervisor and Branch Chief on behalf of his/her absence. Serves as liaison between the Government and awardee organization to clarify, interpret, and resolve issues. Designs, develops, implements, and interprets grant/assistance management policies, procedures, and practices.
