SUPERVISORY OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT OFFICER

As a SUPERVISORY OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT OFFICER at the GS-0301-15 some of your typical work assignments may include: Manages the processes of information capture (ensuring the Joint Staff delivers the information required by the Top 4 (Chairman, Vice Chairman, Director and Vice Director), adhering to established standards), access ( ensuring the necessary personnel can access the information), and dissemination (ensuring the information is properly packaged for the Top 4 and others who require it) Provides oversight of the methods used to capture and share the Chairman's read-ahead materials and ensures preservation of historical documentation relating to the read-ahead products submitted to JS leadership Implements and ensures compliance with approved governance standards within assigned tools; supports requests for assistance with collaboration tools as directed by leadership; conducts routine engagement and communications with JS users and gathers feedback for future needs assessment
