This position is located within the USCP, Assistant Chief of Police for Uniformed Operations, Operational Services Bureau (OSB), Hazardous Incident Response Division (HIRD), Hazardous Materials Response Team (HMRT). Duties Lead a comprehensive and fully operational Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) Incident Response Program by responding to threats and conducting consequence management operations through investigation, mitigation, evacuation, and personnel decontamination. Manage the USCP Hazardous Materials Response Team, providing emergency response "Life Saving" services. Plan and monitor the hazardous incident response program, including logistics, budget, and acquisition functions.
