About the role
1. Plans and organizes the group training program and assists unit training managers to ensure combat readiness. Initiate training records, interview newly assigned personnel, and update/verify training data in personnel data systems. 2. Assists with processing of all career development course (CDC) waivers, reenrollment requests, and two-time CDC failures for the group and supported units. 3. Administers Formal School Training and Distance Learning Programs. Forecasts/identifies annual formal school requirements. Plans/schedules unit training assembly support. 4. Responsible for overall management of on-the-job training (OJT) program for the group and oversight of supported unit OJT programs. 5. Manages the seasoning training program (STP). Receives data call from HQ AFRC/A1 viabase traning manager (BTM) and identifies supported units' requirements.
