MANAGEMENT ANALYST

As a MANAGEMENT ANALYST at the GS-0343-13 some of your typical work assignments may include: Analyzes, develops, and evaluates issues, and develops detailed plans, goals, objectives, and recommendations to resolve substantive problems and issues of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations for long-range implementation in assigned program area. Participates in and manages the preparation, and maintenance of the Joint Manpower Program (JMP- the Joint Table of Distribution (JTD), the Joint Table of Mobilization Distribution (JTMD), Service manpower documents (e.g., Unit Manpower Document (UMD), Activity Manpower Document (AMD), Table of Distribution & Allowances (TDA), and Table of Organization & Equipment (TO&E)), and the Organization and Functions Manual) through the Joint Staff, the Services, and USTRANSCOM.
