PRODUCTION CONTROLLER-TITLE 32

As a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER-TITLE 32, GS-1152-7, you will establish and implement plans, schedules, and control the maintenance and repair of a variety of vehicles and equipment. Conduct planning that pertains to production processes, mechanical skills, availability of equipment, repair parts, and other factors. Designate and maintain current maintenance repair priorities. Assist supervisors regarding readiness, CL IX funding, production problems and work planning. Provide assistance to ensure that reportable Line Item Numbers (LIN) are properly accounted for, managed, and reported. Analyze repair methods and recommend control procedures to ensure that accomplishment of programs meet priorities and deadlines. In the absence of the higher graded production controller, ensure that unit CL IX accounts are funded, budgeted, and executed to maximize readiness.
