FOREIGN AFFAIRS SPECIALIST

DUTY 1 - Provides expertise and guidance related to program management for 16AF Information Warfare functions and responsibilities for international partner program management, training, exercise and operation support. DUTY 2 - Serves as the command focal point for Security Cooperation/Partnership and Engagements programs in support of USCYBERCOM, USEUCOM, USTRANSCOM, USSTRATCOM, AND USSPACECOM. DUTY 3 - Serves as a functional authority on partnership Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) issues to Leadership. DUTY 4 - Leads interagency/international cyber/intelligence partnerships contributions to plans development.
