Asst Director of Human Resources (non-comp only)

The Office of Inspector General is seeking a seasoned HR professional with considerable experience in multiple functional areas to serve as its Assistant Director of Human Resources. If selected, you will supervise a staff of six human resources professionals with responsibility for OIG's staffing, classification, executive resources, and personnel action processing programs. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with bureau leadership to devise human capital strategies, resolve complex staffing and classification issues, conduct internal and external training, and implement operating procedures for a variety of functional areas.
