PROGRAM ANALYST (AQUISITION)

The primary purpose of this position is: Serves as the senior civilian, technical expert, and advisor to the group commander for the management, oversight, and evaluation of Air Combat Command's (ACC's) operational test and evaluation (OT&E) of Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) weapons systems and air component training programs. Provides leadership, direction, and guidance to planning teams for the development, execution, and reporting of test strategies and test plans that inform US Air Force fielding decisions and ensures alignment with warfighting requirements and effective program management principles. Duties Serves as the Senior OT&E and Training Technical Advisor and expert in the acquisition, development, testing, evaluation, sustainment, and training of combat weapon systems. Represents the Group and Wing Commander (and, as appropriate, USAFWC, ACC, and DAF) during conferences, meetings, and technical exchanges as the Senior Technical
