General Engineer

You will serve as installation master planner for one or more installations, responsible for the development and update of the master planning documents. Translate mission changes into facilities requirements based on knowledge of engineering construction, design and cost. Incorporate environmental concerns such as hazardous material handling/transportation, historical, archeological, and endangered species. Consider all constraints on project, such as noise, ammunition safety arch, and airfield criteria.
