Senior Associate, Product Compliance

About the role We are hiring a Senior Associate to join our Product Compliance team to support Chime’s products and services with a focus on payments and credit cards. As a Senior Associate, you will help shape new and existing products by partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to identify regulatory requirements early and build practical solutions that support both compliance and member experience. You’ll monitor the evolving regulatory landscape, assess impacts to Chime products and services, and help ensure we continue to unlock financial progress for our members while scaling responsibly. You will also collaborate with our issuing bank partners’ legal and compliance teams to develop innovative and sustainable compliance risk management solutions.
