About the role
Investigates stock/record/material discrepancies impacting inventory balances. Inspects material based on correspondence on potential defective materials, and item data reports/research/updates. Receives a variety of communications such as emails, telephone calls, letters, reports, IOMs, etc., concerning discrepancies involving material inspections, issues, shipments, receipts, storage and inventory adjustment actions. Performs physical inventory counts, material inspections and location survey checks, updates records based on cyclic inspections, and researches receipt discrepancies for record adjustments. Conducts preliminary research for inventory and location survey, research and update item data, perform material tracking, input of Material Release Orders (MRO's),Stock Transfer Orders (STO’s) research. Performs filing, correspondence and other clerical tasks.
