Senior Management and Program Analyst, NB-343-VI

As a Senior Management and Program Analyst, you will: Provide a variety of activity and program functions for CO&S' Senior Deputy Comptroller, Deputy Comptrollers, and Directors. Assists in formulating policies and procedures, evaluating their effectiveness, and implementing changes, as needed, to ensure that program goals and objectives are met. Perform special research projects for management developing corporate activity functions, documenting, and reporting metrics and progress for those activities, and providing program analysis that requires current, expert knowledge of OCC and CO&S policies, practices, and procedures. Represent CO&S leadership, when necessary, at OCC committees, meetings, with other OCC officials, and external parties on policy and operational matters. Serve as principal budget contact and liaison for the business unit assisting in formulating, implementing, and executing the program plan and budget.
