MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

You will receive customer service requests for maintenance and repair of physical facilities by telephone call and by e-mail. You will be responsible for evaluating the request and determining if it should be categorized as planned or unplanned, routine, urgent or emergency work. You will create work orders in the computerized asset management system and provides the customer with the work order number(s) for reference.
