Supervisory Management and Program Analyst

Provides technical and administrative supervision to the unit by establishing and carrying out action plans in order to accomplish Division goals and objectives. Promotes a creative environment that inspires team members to develop ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations. Manages teams' work flow process and implements changes as needed. Distributes work assignments to staff to best utilizes their skills and experience while also ensuring developmental growth. Coordinates with other unit supervisors and peers to establish objectives, priorities and deadlines to formulate plans that meet substantial changes in workload. Adjusts work operations as needed to meet changing priorities within the organization.
