Security Assistant (Office Automation)

Receives and processes visitors annually for access to the installation's controlled, restricted, and limited areas. Reviews visitor applications, local forms, and/or other documentation to determine purpose of visit or work to be preformed. Operates and performs research queries on the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) workstation terminal(s) in accordance with (IAW) federal and state laws Determines the type of identification cards, building badges, or passes to be issued based on visitor application. Operates various computer equipment and application software to research queries and create reports.
