IT SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT/INFOSEC)

You will diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer reported incidents regarding a myriad of IT issues. You will provide IT support for both unclassified and classified systems, ensuring that all changes adhere to the security and configuration requirements for the protection of Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPI). You will take action to mitigate identified problems and communicate necessary information to customers and Information Technology IT management. You will research and analyze IT purchase requests to ensure they meet higher-level command and Information Assurance requirements.
