Program Manager (Business Intelligence Team Manager)

The Program Manager serves as the manager of a cross-functional team responsible for conducting historical and predictive trend analysis, integrated products, and work activities that directly impact the tactical and strategic objectives of the ATO; and often impact the objectives of the FAA as a whole. Duties typically include: strategic planning, communicating the organization's vision and objectives, setting priorities, assigning tasks and responsibilities, monitoring and evaluating performance of organizational units, managers and employees, coaching and developing staff and organizational capabilities, approving leave, and taking, recommending or approving corrective/disciplinary action, as appropriate.Knowledge of program management to integrates work of multiple organizations to meet strategic goals of the organization and the FAA, participates in strategic planning for the FAA, and makes commitments (program, budget etc) for a major organization.
