About the role
You will be responsible for supervising subordinates that provide training support. You will regularly meet customers and stakeholders to discuss new work requests and identify training needs based on workforce competency gaps and upcoming shipyard workload in order to a maintain proficient workforce. You will review and evaluate various data (skill assessments, course feedback, etc.) to assess overall training program(s) effectiveness. You will be responsible for executing in-person training for PSNS Detachment San Diego personnel, including New Hire Orientation.
