PROGRAM ANALYST

Advises managers on out-year requirements and budget estimates for POM, BES, and President's Budget submissions. Develops execution-year operating budgets and plans for the upcoming fiscal year in coordination with senior leadership. Establishes and maintains financial controls for appropriated, reimbursable, and external funding across prior and current fiscal years for the Center. Establishes and implements control systems to process and analyze division data for budget, contract, and program management.
