Clothing/Fabric Worker Supervisor

Serving as the Supervisor of the DLA Troop Support Embroidery Team, overseeing personnel assigned to the Clothing and Textiles Flag Room. Overseeing and coordinating all workload items within the production phase and the accomplishment of work by subordinates. Conducting planning to ensure production schedules are met. Utilizing single needle sewing machines, snap fastener equipment, buttonhole machines, and a variety of other specialized machinery utilized in the fabrication of flags, guidons, or streamers. Determining the priorities, work assignments, methods, resources, materials, and supplies, schedules, and number/types of employees needed to meet production demands. Inspecting finished goods prior to shipment.
