Program Manager

Serves as Director and fourth-level supervisor over the adjudication staff assigned to the agency/center; exercises the full range of supervisory responsibilities. Conducts public relations with the media, travel industry, and citizen groups on issues regarding travel identification policies, international travel standards, and airline and border processing requirements concerning national security. Analyzes and interprets directives and oversees the administration of laws/ regulations governing nationality as related to passport eligibility. Supports the development and implementation of passport regulations, legislative initiatives, and policies, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Develops, justifies and defends annual budget requests for the assigned passport agency/center and reprograms funds as necessary.
