Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist you will perform the following duties: Compare and evaluate possible courses of action, and deciding or acting after considering the various possibilities. Initiate activities or projects and identifies all project phases to answer specific or broad questions from various stakeholders and to accomplish broadly defined program objectives so that the results of the work are used to assure that benefits paid are appropriate, adequate to assure OWCP claimants receive necessary services, and that public resources are adequately safeguarded. Design and carry out a wide array of research and analysis projects and studies of interrelated issues to include problem resolution; must change approaches or develop entirely new approaches to getting the work completed. Identify training needs and maintain awareness of industry tools and techniques for continuous improvement.
