Program Analyst

Duties include, but may not be limited to the following: Supports the patient safety, system redesign and high reliability activities. Analyze, trends, and make recommendations resulting from the information gathered and generates reports. Establishes suspense's for assessments. Develops external surveys/inspection/requests. Analyzes the effectiveness of various systems or programs, including audits, inspections, reports, and management and/or internal control reviews. Collaborates with the staff to prepare education, training, and support materials to promote compliance and understanding of program initiatives. Compiles, analyses, and prepares trended reports. Maintain applicable SharePoint sites. Communicates with Veterans, internal, and external customers. Responds to all inquiries in person, by e-mail, and telephone.
