ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

You will provide electrical engineering and design services to support NAVFAC Hawaii and its customer commands. You will prepare preliminary electrical engineering designs, cost estimates, planning and project documentation, and engineering assessments and studies to resolve site and utility deficiencies throughout the naval complex. You will independently plan and carry out assignments, resolve most conflicts, and keep the supervisor abreast of any potentially controversial problems. You will analyze each assignment on a case-by-case basis; consider incomplete and/or conflicting information; and develop effective solutions to meet requirements. You will conduct meetings and conferences, to discuss technical matters, and prepare technical correspondence.
