CDC Assistant Director

Duties include but are not limited to: Assigns work based on priorities, difficulty and requirements of assignments, and staff capabilities. Conducts annual performance reviews of staff. Participates in section staffing decisions. Ensures staff receives proper training to fulfill requirements of their positions. Addresses potential disciplinary and/or performance issues timely and takes appropriate, corrective action(s) as necessary. Supports Commander, Navy Installations Command's (CNIC) Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policy. Analyzes monthly budget reports and makes programmatic adjustment to meet financial goals. Oversees the collection, accurate accounting and reporting of funds received from patrons. Ensures compliance with all regulations governing the use of appropriated and non appropriated funds.
