About the role
MAJOR DUTIES Serves as the enterprise architect and senior subject matter expert for Microsoft technologies, leading the strategic design, modernization, and lifecycle management of on-premises and hybrid cloud infrastructures. Leads the integration of cybersecurity controls into Microsoft environments in alignment with federal mandates and the NICE Framework. Directs the integration of new Microsoft technologies and solutions into the enterprise environment, ensuring interoperability, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Leads complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization efforts for mission-critical Microsoft systems. Serves as a trusted technical advisor to executive leadership, providing expert recommendations on IT strategy, investment, and modernization initiatives.
