Management & Program Analyst

This position is located in the Office of Administrative Services Serves as a Senior Analyst on a variety of special studies and assignments in relation to projects within the OCAO and subordinate offices supporting management strategic goals and objectives. Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of line program operations on a qualitative or quantitative basis. Interprets complex legislative, regulatory, and policy guidance to prepare recommendations for management's decisions. Provides expert advice and guidance to management officials on intermediate and long-range planning efforts. Leads or co-leads special projects or studies of considerable scope and depth critical to the resolution of OAS issues and problems.
