Program Analyst

Major duties include, but are not limited to: Tracks and reviews data, generates reports assessing the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the department and develops/presents ongoing plans for program improvement. Analyzes and interprets a wide variety of issues and policies to ensure program goals and objectives are met. Serves as alternate approving official for Mental Health Fund Control Points, ensure all requests are approved/certified within timelines established by supervisor. Serves as purchasing agent representative and works with internal department when to ensure proper accounting of Mental Health equipment. Provides customer service to internal and external customers by handing effectively and promptly, ensuring a customer centered focus direction in daily work, and functioning as a team member consistently helping the group effort.
