The core responsibilities are consolidated below: Provides strategic vision, managerial direction, and comprehensive executive leadership for the Center's Financial Management Directorate. Establishes organizational structures to optimize resource utilization and leads a large, geographically dispersed workforce of military and civilian personnel.
